Tasks

• SUPPORT IN ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION
• PREPARATION OF MEETINGS, PRESENTATIONS, AND REPORTINGS
• PARTICIPATION IN CAMPAIGN-, WEB-, AND AI-PROJECTS
• RESEARCH, ANALYSIS, AND PREPARATION OF INSIGHTS
• SUPPORT IN PROJECT AND BUDGET COORDINATION
• INDEPENDENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR EXISTING CUSTOMERS AND SELF-RESPONSIBLE IMPLEMENTATION OF EXISTING CUSTOMER PROJECTS WITH THE DEVELOPMENT TEAM

Qualification

• COMPLETED STUDY (E.G. MARKETING, BWL, COMMUNICATION)
• FIRST AGENCY OR PROJECT EXPERIENCE DESIRED
• ORGANIZATIONAL STRENGTH, COMMUNICATION ENJOYMENT, LEARNING READINESS
• INTEREST IN DIGITAL TRENDS, CAMPAIGNS, AND AI
• VERY GOOD GERMAN, GOOD ENGLISH
