Responsibilities
The Trainee Concept:

Qualifications
Your Profile:
- Language Skills: You speak Arabic at a native level (or fluent) to act as a bridge-builder in the Berlin market. Perfect German is not a must-have; we will foster your talent and develop the expertise together.
- Background: You have an (almost) completed university degree (field is irrelevant!) or a commercial apprenticeship.
- Mindset & Drive: You have a "doer mentality", are empathetic, and are eager to elevate yourself to a new level both professionally and personally. Career changers (m/f/d) with grit are explicitly welcome!
