The Trainee Concept:

Qualifications

Your Profile:

• Language Proficiency: You speak Arabic at a native level (or fluently) to act as a bridge-builder in the Berlin market. Perfect German is not a must-have; we foster your talent and develop the expertise together.
• Background: You have a (nearly) completed degree (field is irrelevant!) or a commercial apprenticeship.
• Mindset & Drive: You have a "can-do" mentality, are empathetic, and are eager to take yourself to a new level, both professionally and personally. Career changers (m/f/d) with drive are explicitly welcome!
