To strengthen our team and for the further growth of our agency we are looking for you as a Trainee (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

• Setup and maintenance of our influencer and creator marketing
• Research, approach, selection & care of suitable influencers and multipliers
• Implementation of influencer campaigns (Paid), including initial contact, coordination, contract and briefing process, sample dispatch, content acceptance
• Creation of texts (press releases, sweepstakes texts, advertorials)
• Creation of media monitoring reports and regular PR reports
• Support in processing media inquiries and aligning statements and information materials
• Organization & accompaniment of events & content productions
• Brainstormings and idea generation for our clients

Qualifikation

• A degree or comparable education
• Affinity to trends and innovations, particularly in the areas of lifestyle, food, beverages, and living
• Familiarity with common social media platforms and a sense for current trends and digital topics
• First-hand experience in dealing with influencers, social media campaigns (in the form of internships or as a freelancer)
• Verbal and written expression strength
• A quick understanding ability and organizational talent
• Self-motivation and the ability to proactively drive topics forward
• Passion, motivation & team spirit
• Contact skills, creativity, and flexibility
• Familiarity with the English language in word and writing, as we have many international clients
