Page Personnel, reporting to the Partner of reference in the practice, will be responsible for assisting and consulting on extrajudicial legal matters related to leveraged and acquisition finance, sustainability loans, syndicated financing, as well as financings within restructuring. The resource must possess the following requirements: - Master's degree in Law; - Previous experience of 2-4 years at primary professional studies in financing operations; - Excellent knowledge of the English language.
