Your Tasks
In the context of our growth, we are offering a trainee program in Dortmund starting summer 2026 for the calculation department. This is directly aimed at graduates from civil engineering or construction engineering who see their future in calculating pipeline projects. Over the course of one year, you will not only gain insight into the core tasks of calculation but also get to know the adjacent departments and learn about all the involved roles. The goal is that after successful completion, you will become an indispensable part of our team!
As a calculator, you are responsible for planning small and large infrastructure projects for gas, water, electricity, and district heating. This includes calculating offers, determining material requirements, and evaluating technical tenders. You will be the link between theory and construction site, ensuring that our projects stand on solid financial ground.
- Participation in a structured mentoring program by our experts
- Gaining all necessary insights into the entire spectrum of calculation, from tendering to post-calculation
- Learning legal and economic knowledge for project management, cost estimation, and bid preparation
Your Profile
- Degree in civil engineering, construction engineering, or equivalent qualification
- A keen sense of numbers and enjoyment of technical details in deep and pipeline construction
- Analytical and structured working style, as well as high software affinity
