Location: UK (Office-based / Hybrid / Remote – subject to placement)

We are recruiting for a Trainee IT Support Analyst to join a professional IT support environment. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in IT, gain hands-on experience, and develop practical technical skills in a real workplace.
No prior commercial experience is required — training and support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-line IT support to end users
- Respond to support requests via phone, email, or ticketing systems
