What to Expect

You are interested in IT, software development, and innovative projects? In our trainee program, you will build a solid foundation of knowledge in the field of business analysis and learn important methods and process models. After completing the trainee program, you will start working on customer projects and take over responsible tasks in exciting software development projects. What to expect in the trainee program:

• You will learn software development processes and methodologies such as waterfall and Scrum.
• You will gain knowledge of IREB methodology, UML, data flow diagrams, and use case diagrams.
• You will deepen your understanding of requirement analysis and management.
• You will identify requirements from the functional areas, evaluate these based on qualitative and quantitative factors, and develop solutions.
• You will formulate Epics and User Stories.
• You will create development roadmaps with clearly defined goals.
• You will moderate the exchange with various stakeholders and serve as an interface between IT and the functional area.
• You are responsible for documenting processes and results and support the team in creating reports.

What You Bring

• You have first-hand practical experience in IT projects and a affinity to IT, particularly software development.
• You show a quick understanding ability and strong analytical thinking.
• You are communicative, conflict-resolution capable, bring empathy, and high moderation strength.
• You take yourself confidently and convince with your ideas.
• You master German at the native speaker level and have fluent English skills.
• You can imagine working three days a week in our office in Bonn-Bad Godesberg.
