Tasks

What Awaits You

• Market Analysis. You analyze securities and the current market situation to create investment ideas and support our trading team and customers.
• Dokumentation. You prepare investment reports and visually prepare market overviews for our customers.
• Problem-Solving. You are responsible for the further development of our trading system, conceiving and implementing new investment/trading strategies, and setting your own ideas in motion​
• Ongoing Improvement. You work with us to elevate financial education to a new level.
• Teamwork. You exchange with other departments to turn analyses into practical learning content and optimize our software.

We invest in your individual training, promote targeted development, and make you step-by-step an expert – with the clear goal of long-term cooperation.

Qualification

What You Should Bring

You have a high performance readiness, thirst for financial knowledge, and want to personally develop into a specialist in the finance sector.

• Experience. You have 6 months to 1 year of practical experience in customer support, ideally through internships or similar activities
• Passion. You are passionate about exactly this job! You have a strong self-motivation and passion for clean, agile process and project management.
• Startup Responsibility. You have taken on responsibility for your area of expertise, even if it was outside your comfort zone. You have tackled things without hesitation, were result-oriented, and quickly implemented.
• Personal Growth. You learn and develop yourself eagerly, whether in your job, the sector you work in, or privately! You seek proactive feedback. While keeping an eye on team success.
