Job description
You will be responsible for supporting accounting processes relevant to a given department:
Accounts Payable AP:
- Entering invoices and correcting notes into the accounting system,
- Paying proposals,
- Supporting the process of settling positions on supplier accounts.
Accounts Receivable AR:
- Maintaining and controlling timely receipt of receivables,
- Accounting for bank withdrawals,
- Issuing sales invoices.
Main Ledger GL:
- Prioritizing standard accounting entries,
- Registering fixed assets,
- Matching balances between companies.
