Trainee Real Estate Development (m/w/d) (18-24 Months)

In our trainee program, you'll have the opportunity to get to know all aspects of real estate development – from the first acquisition to the completed handover. The special thing: during the program, you'll develop your own project and take responsibility for it.

Our young team is characterized by flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths, where the fun at work and in the team never takes a backseat. The owners of Cirrus have years of experience and deep understanding in real estate development.

Tasks

• Aquisition of investment opportunities – You identify and evaluate attractive objects (residential properties, multi-family homes & commercial properties) in Berlin and nationwide
• Accompaniment of financing – You support the structuring and coordination with banks and financial partners
• Project responsibility from A to Z – You accompany development projects from the first idea over planning to sale
• Coordination of craftsmen and workers – You steer renovations and refurbishment measures on site, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget are met
• Your own project – As part of our trainee program, you'll have the chance to develop your own real estate project and implement it independently
• Inspection and marketing / rental of apartments and commercial spaces
• Preparation of presentations, exposés, and investment documents

Qualification

• Passion for real estate – you're interested in markets, objects, and the people behind them
• Hands-on mentality – you take action, don't wait for instructions, and find pragmatic solutions
• High level of self-motivation, initiative, and reliability
• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and act flexibly under time pressure
• Strong communication skills and confident appearance towards craftsmen, banks, and business partners
• Good German language skills and solid English language skills
• Newcomer, career starter or lateral entrant – what matters most is not your resume, but your drive
