Trainee in the Field of Digital Marketing (m/w/d)

We, IAN In A Nutshell GmbH, are a mid-sized communications agency with a broad customer base in industries such as Finance, Technology, Consulting, and Media. With around 40 employees and 15 years of experience in Journalism, Design, Video, and Content-Marketing, we develop and manage digital, KI-generated, but also analog projects for a wide range of renowned companies and institutions. We often work as the lead agency for customers in the German-speaking region, from start-ups to Dax-concerns.

As of now, we are looking for a trainee for our Digital Marketing Unit with a focus on Social-Media-Advertising and Analytics.

We are convinced that the best employees are those who grow long-term with and within us. Therefore, we have been investing in training since the early days of the agency. As a trainee at In A Nutshell, you will be part of the team from the start and responsible for your own (part) projects.

Aufgaben

Your Tasks:

• You will plan digital marketing campaigns together with our team and customers.
• You will design performance reports for advertising campaigns and other online activities of our customers and evaluate them at regular intervals.
• You will analyze websites in terms of their reach.
• You will gain experience in search engine marketing (SEO and SEA).
• You will keep a close eye on the social media market and have a fine sense for new trends or one-off social wonders.

Qualifikation

What You Bring:

• A degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable field, or an equivalent training in marketing.
• A good feeling for numbers and data.
• An interest in Social Media (preferably TikTok/Instagram).
• An interest in conceiving (Social-Media-) campaigns.
• A good analytical and structured working style.
• Communication skills in German and English.
• A willingness to get started from the start instead of just watching.
• Nice to have: Prior experience in influencer marketing.
