To strengthen our dynamic Food & Beverage team, we are looking for you for the winter season 2026/2027!

Restaurant Les Saisons:

• Serving food and beverages as well as refilling the food and beverage buffet
• Participation in weekly training sessions
• Working according to Kempinski standards
• Greeting and attending to guests
• Bread, butter service & water service
• Food running from the kitchen pass to the various outlets
• Breakfast service as well as à la carte service in the evening
• Daily mise en place work as well as buffet service
• Cleaning work in the restaurant and in the office

Room Service:

• Taking orders in German and English
• Preparation of orders and service in the rooms
• Setting up trolleys for orders
• Conducting sales conversations – up-selling
• Organization and distribution of treatments
• Various cashier activities (Micros System)
• Daily mise en place and various cleaning tasks
• Distribution of treatments
• Laying out treatments
• Adherence to hotel internal standards
