Trainee Event Management & Sales (m/f/d)

• You will support the Event Sales team from booking inquiry through to the execution and follow-up of events in Stuttgart.
• You will be the first point of contact for our guests by phone or email.
• You will be responsible for creating offers, follow-ups, and upsells, ensuring that our customers' needs are always paramount.
• You will represent memox at internal and external events and inspire new customers for our offering.
• You will successfully implement our inbound and outbound sales strategy.
• You will be the interface to our external booking platforms and maintain them.
• You will conduct tours of the locations to convince guests of our product on-site.
• You will find creative solutions for tricky customer demands.

• You are a natural host – open, interested, and helpful.
• You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy pitching in.
• You have completed vocational training or are a career changer in the field of hotel, convention, sales, or MICE.
• Your demeanor is friendly, relaxed, but also professional.
• You are willing to make mistakes and learn from them.
• You can communicate fluently in German and English, both spoken and written.
• You enjoy interacting with people.
