Trainee Eventmanagement (m/w/d)

We are looking for new qualified colleagues (m/w/d) for our team in Munich – simply put, we are looking for the best! 

We realize exciting event projects for clients from around the world, whether live or virtually. Our concepts are challenging, well-thought-out, and integrate strategic campaigns into captivating performances.

You will join our experienced team in our demanding projects. For our clients, you will be a competent point of contact and represent trendhouse against service providers and event professionals. We are looking forward to enthusiastic impulse generators who enjoy thinking outside the box and having fun, even occasionally looking beyond the horizon. Ideally, you will build on an existing professional network and impress us with convincing reference projects that you have been involved in.

Tasks

• Supporting project leaders in various tasks, e.g., research work and creating presentations

• Participating in project teams for small and large projects

• Handling individual sub-projects or services (e.g., hostesses, transfers)

• Accompanying events on site

Qualification

• Relevant degree or training in event management

• First practical experience in the marketing sector, preferably in the event sector

• Good MS Office skills and fluent English in writing and speaking

• Conceptual abilities and goal-oriented work

• High engagement, team spirit, and resilience

• Communicative, sovereign, and sympathetic demeanor

You have a relevant degree or training in event management and want to put theory into practice?
