Trainee ERP Software Consultant (m/f/d)

We are a owner-managed company with flat hierarchies. For over 25 years, we have been digitizing our customers' business processes with our software & consulting solutions. You will find our solutions at well-known companies in the industry, trade, and non-profit sectors.

Tasks

Entry into ERP Consulting

We will get you fit for consulting modern ERP solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. After structured onboarding, you will work on customer projects as part of a team and gradually take on your own tasks.

Analyze Requirements

You will learn to understand business processes in various industries, gather requirements, and collaboratively design suitable solutions and customize ERP systems.

Accompany Customer Projects

You will support the implementation of Business Central solutions and accompany workshops and training sessions.

Design Processes

Whether procurement, sales, warehousing, financial accounting, or production: you will gain insights into various areas of business and learn how modern ERP systems support these workflows.

Learning & Development

As part of our trainee program, you will participate in training, certifications, and internal workshops. Our goal is to train you to become an independent ERP consultant in the long term.

Qualifications

Education or Studies

You have a degree or comparable knowledge in a commercial, business administration, or IT-related field.

Interest in Business Processes

You want to understand how companies work and how modern software can help make processes more efficient.

Analytical Thinking

You work in a structured manner, think in a solution-oriented way, and enjoy recognizing interrelationships.

Communication Skills

You can explain complex topics clearly and approach others openly.

Willingness to Learn

You want to develop yourself professionally and personally and enjoy learning new things.
