Trainee Energy Portfolio & Customer Success (m/w/d) - SETrade

We are looking for an experienced developer to join our team at SETrade. As a Trainee Energy Portfolio & Customer Success, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing energy portfolios, customer relationships, and new business models for the future of the energy industry.

You will work closely with our experts in trading, energy economics, and business development to identify opportunities for growth and optimize our energy portfolio management processes. Your tasks will include analyzing market trends, identifying optimization potential, and developing strategies for battery storage, solar parks, wind farms, and hybrid power plants.

You will also be responsible for managing customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the successful integration of new projects into our existing operations.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for energy markets. If you have experience in energy trading, renewable energies, or related fields, we would like to hear from you.

Your responsibilities:

Inbetriebnahme & Marktintegration:

• Verantwortung für die energiewirtschaftliche Begleitung von Batteriespeichern, Solarparks, Windparks und Ladeinfrastruktur bis zur erfolgreichen Vermarktungsaufnahme
• Steuerung und Koordination technischer und energiewirtschaftlicher Go-Live-Prozesse
• Abstimmung mit Anlagenbetreibern, Netzbetreibern und Messstellenbetreibern
• Verantwortung für Stammdatenmeldungen, Registrierungen und Marktkommunikationsprozesse
• Sicherstellung eines erfolgreichen Test-, Probebetriebs- und Vermarktungsstarts
• Work result: Up to 15 new plants per quarter are fully and timely integrated.
