Aufgaben

You will receive a first-class training:

• You will dive into the world of digital marketing, programmatic advertising, and the marketer's landscape.

Co-creation of comprehensive communication campaigns:

• You will work closely with the team to develop comprehensive media and communication campaigns.

Analysis of target groups and markets:

• You will learn how to analyze target groups, markets, and media environments using qualitative and quantitative methods.

Introduction to relevant tools:

• You will gain insights into common research and analysis tools such as b4p, YouGov, GWI, Google Trends, and social listening platforms.

Gaining valuable insights:

• You will develop an understanding of what moves people – and help to turn these insights into valuable insights for brands.

Target group modeling and customer journeys:

• You will support the development of target group models, personas, and customer journeys.

Evaluation of campaign effectiveness and action recommendations:

• You will accompany the analysis of campaign effectiveness and develop concrete action recommendations together with the consulting team.

Trend research and strategy development:

• You will observe societal, cultural, and technological trends – and learn how to derive strategic recommendations for brands from them.

Qualification

Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel:

• With your outstanding skills in PowerPoint and Excel, you will create compelling presentations and analyze data precisely.
• You have a trained eye for the design and visualization of concepts, processes, and content

First experiences in digital marketing:

• You had already first touchpoints in digital marketing and could gather first experiences in media planning as well as with Best for Planning. You are ready to further develop your knowledge and tackle exciting projects.

Communicative and proactive personality:

• Your open and communicative nature makes you the ideal consultant for our clients. You love managing projects and bringing your analytical skills into client consulting. Initiative and sense of responsibility are characteristic features that set you apart.

Fundamental education:

• You bring a completed education or degree with you, ideally in the economic or media sector.

Linguistic competence:

• Solid German language skills in writing and speaking as well as fluent English language skills.
