Trainee Developer / Programmer for AI Agents (m/f/d)

For this, we are looking for you: a developer/programmer who passionately builds and continuously develops intelligent agents and smart automations. This is a trainee position: for this, you must have an interest in digitalization, AI, etc., but you don't need to have any formal training, professional experience, or similar. We will train you completely!

Your Mission at DCF Verlag

• Development, implementation, and maintenance of AI agents and digital processes with tools like n8n, Zapier, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Make

• Building efficient automations for our PR and communication workflows

• Independent optimization to further increase speed, precision, and quality

• Close collaboration with our management team, which sees AI as key to the next growth chapter
