Trainee Human Resources

TS Trucking is a top-level transportation company with its own assets and presence throughout Mexico, providing the best logistics solutions. Over time, it has transformed into a growing provider of transportation services.

We are currently looking for a Trainee Human Resources to join our team in Nuevo Laredo. This position will work in a dynamic environment and closely collaborate with the Human Resources department.

Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays 8:00 p.m to 5:00 p.m

Duties:

• Provide support in talent acquisition activities.
• Coordinate and participate in face-to-face interviews, as well as assist in reviewing applications and applying psychometric tests.
• Collaborate on publishing job postings and tracking candidates.
• Support the preparation of job offers and basic documentation for new hires.
• Participate in job fairs and talent attraction activities.
• Collaborate on projects and general tasks within the Human Resources area.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration or related fields.
• Interest in developing work experience in Recruitment and Selection.
• Prior experience in professional practices related to Human Resources is preferred.
• Intermediate-advanced English (essential).
• Familiarity with basic tools in the area: ATS systems, Microsoft Office package, LinkedIn, and social media.
• Communication skills, interpersonal relationships, and a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and openness to learning new systems.
