What will you do?

• Become part of the Trainee Program, designed to boost young talent on their path to becoming future buyers.
• Participate in the key activities of the Purchasing department, connecting with Operations and other strategic areas.
• Follow up and liaunt with suppliers to ensure product quality, timelines, and availability.
• Maintain and track purchase orders, ensuring their correct execution.
• Liaise with stores to review issues related to stocking, distribution, and sales performance.
• Conduct store visits to evaluate product, sales floor, and growth opportunities.
• Participate in product selection and development based on analysis and results.
• Accompany your shadow in activities that contribute to the achievement of the department's goals.

What we are looking for in you:

• Completed Bachelor's degree with a diploma (International Business, Commercial Relations, etc.).
• Excel at an intermediate to advanced level.
• Advanced English (conversational English).
• Passion for fashion, trends, retail, analysis, and data.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.
• Organization, proactivity, and analytical thinking.

Salary: $19,100 MXN per month gross.
