Trainee, Corporate Banking

Purpose Ensure the fulfillment of Corporate Banking strategies in various industries it covers through the generation of new prospects and management of current portfolio, orienting efforts to increase the base of corporate clients that use any of the products or services offered by Global Banking & Markets, with the aim of ensuring the profitability of the area and contributing to the achievement of the objectives established by the business line. Responsibilities • Participate in the development of new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the portfolio. • Analyze market trends and identify potential clients for Corporate Banking products and services. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, as well as provide support to the account managers. • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and increasing revenue through cross-selling and upselling. • Participate in the analysis of financial data and market trends to identify potential clients for Corporate Banking products and services. • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategies to increase the portfolio and revenue. • Develop and maintain knowledge of Global Banking & Markets' products and services, as well as industry trends and developments. • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge. • Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field. • 0-2 years of experience in Corporate Banking or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a team environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
