As Trainee COO Office & Operations (m/w/d), you will work closely with our Chief Operating Officer for 15 months and receive unique insights into the management of a dynamically growing organization. You will support in strategic and operational topics, work on cross-sectional projects, and develop step by step a deep understanding of our entire operations world – from project development to the operation of our battery storage.

Your tasks

• Support for our COO in daily business as well as in organizational and strategic questions
• Prior and post-processing of meetings, workshops, steering committees, and management appointments
• Preparation of presentations, decision-making templates, status reports, and management updates
• Dokumentation and follow-up on measures, tasks, and open points
• Participation in cross-sectional projects for the further development of our operations organization
• Analysis of operational questions as well as structured presentation of information for management decisions
• Support in KPI reporting, operational reviews, and the further development of processes and standards
• Closely working with our teams from Development, Delivery, Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, Quality, and other company departments

Your profile

• SUCCESSFUL completion or shortly before the end of a study, e.g. in business engineering, business administration, energy economics, law, engineering, or a comparable field
• First practical experiences through internships, work student activities, or project work are advantageous
• A strong interest in operations, project management, and entrepreneurial connections
• Structured, meticulous, and independent working style
• Analytical thinking as well as the ability to present complex topics in a clear manner
• Organization talent, initiative, and a hands-on mentality
• Professional appearance as well as pleasure in cooperation with different stakeholders
• Very good German and good English skills
• Safe handling of the common MS-Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
