You have an interest in software and it excites you to advise customers? You want to dive deep into topics, but all doors are open - does that sound good? Of course! We will show you how.

'Trainee being' means rotating at us: In 2 years, you'll go through 3 teams. Through these always new learning opportunities, your learning curve will feel like a catapult - at the same time, you'll land in our company culture on soft hands. When it doesn't run smoothly, it's called 'Crown adjustment' and we grow together.

You don't just want to draw slides and work for the drawer, but you want to achieve effective change and have time for improvement? We take that time. In your 2-year program, you'll be accompanied by regular feedback conversations, 1:1 mentoring, and numerous trainings.

Rotation 1/3 - Training on the Job - Your Consulting Engagement

• You start in our consulting team and learn our approach, philosophy, and enthusiasm directly at the customer's side
• You lead (part-)projects around the organizational introduction and anchoring of interactive management systems based on our software Q.wiki
• You advise our customers in process-oriented corporate management
• In your projects, you shape the themes of process, project, and knowledge management significantly
• Your actions have substance - You achieve sustainable values and effective change: Your project engagement will shape companies for years to come

Rotation 2/3 - Interessenten begeistern und Lösungsskizzen erarbeiten – Your Sales Expertise

• The knowledge gained from consulting projects sets you immediately in workshops with interested parties
• Together with the management and board members of potential customers, you develop clear project orders and procedures for their individual challenges
• You bring your experiences from consulting projects directly into our sales process
• Your 1:1 sales experiences from customer contact bring impulses into our digital marketing

Rotation 3/3 - You shape the user experience of hundreds of thousands of users in Product Management

• Your experiences from direct customer contact can now be used to bring customers and product together
• As part of the product management, you dive methodically into our modern product development process and are the central communication hub around product development
• In cooperation with our development and DevOps teams, you translate customer use cases into product features
• With modern, data-based tools, you support your assessments and decisions quantitatively

Your Perspective

The trainee program is your career catapult. Besides the all-around orientation, you'll collect essential soft skills (e.g., presenting, moderating, negotiating, leading, communicating, mediating, and escalating). You'll complement your methodological knowledge with real process, project, and change management experiences. Your formal training emphasizes this.

You'll long benefit from the extensive business network you build during this time. With cooperation at the executive level and your ability to systematically develop companies, you're ideally positioned for a leadership career within or outside of Model Aachen GmbH.
