Start your career as a Functional Consultant at HSO and give your future a flying start on March 1, 2027. In our Young Professional Program, you will rapidly develop yourself into a specialist in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), with AI as your accelerator.
Your start at HSO
You begin with a five-week Masterclass where you will learn everything about Dynamics 365 CE, Microsoft technology, and the latest developments in AI and automation. You will train on both technical skills and soft skills, such as customer-oriented advising, collaboration, and communication. Upon completion, you will obtain your official Microsoft certification.
Get to work quickly with top clients
After the Masterclass, you will immediately start working within an experienced project team. You will contribute to digital transformations for clients such as Rituals, Royal BAM, and Heineken. As a Functional Consultant, you will analyze business processes, translate customer needs into smart solutions, implement Dynamics 365 CE, and guide clients in adopting and optimizing AI tools like Copilot. You are the connecting link between business and technology.
Grow at your own pace
You are never alone. You will receive guidance from a senior consultant, support from your manager, and a learning path through the HSO Academy. You will grow from Trainee to Junior Consultant and can then advance to Medior or even Lead Consultant – depending on your ambition, for example, towards AI integration, process optimization, or customer strategy.
What do you bring?
- A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g., in Business Administration, Business Economics, or IT);
- Affinity with technology and an interest in AI;
- Strong analytical and communication skills;
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and ambition;
- Good command of both Dutch and English;
- Availability from March 1, 2027.
