About the role:

• Trainee Construction Supervisor role in which you will accompany experienced supervisors whilst you learn about the ins and outs of being a good Construction Supervisor.

• Manage the timely delivery of residential building projects

• Track and monitor revenue targets

• Uphold work health and safety duties on site

• Obtain and retain a strong trade base

• Perform safety and quality inspections regularly

• Effectively communicate with all key stakeholders both internally and external to the business

• Contribute to a strong team culture

About you:

The successful candidate must possess the following attributes

• Trade or scheduling/estimating background preferable but not mandatory

• Confident but humble in your own ability

• High attention to detail

• Able to work independently and problem solve

• Self-motivated and organised

• Excellent communication skills

• Working towards or with a Certificate IV in Building Construction desirable

• White/Blue Card

• C class license
