Your Tasks

  • Daily processing of all bank transactions
  • Verification, accounting, and booking of incoming and outgoing invoices, processing and control of open items
  • Monitoring payment deadlines, invoice preparation, and responsibility for the reminder process
  • Independent account reconciliation and account clarification
  • Ongoing data maintenance and account management
  • Support in monthly and annual closing activities
  • Insights into payroll accounting and personnel administration, as well as representation of team members in the area of payroll accounting
  • Support in general organizational tasks

Your Profile

  • You are currently pursuing advanced studies or have successfully completed a bachelor's degree in a commercial (BWL, VWL, etc.), social science, or humanities field (Sinology, East Asian Studies, DAF, Germanistics, etc.) or a comparable field.
  • First practical experience in the area of accounting or bookkeeping is advantageous
  • Very good knowledge of German, Chinese knowledge is advantageous
  • You have a secure grasp of MS Office programs, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • You possess a precise and reliable working style and developed numerical understanding
