Trainee Assistant Responsible for Restoration

The Louise Hotel Brussels 5*, the first MGallery hotel in Belgium, is looking for its future trainee assistant responsible for restoration.

Our restaurant "Maison Louise" was designed as a large apartment with a living room and dining area. A more intimate dining room and a private lounge punctuate each end. The entire space is elegantly designed in a contemporary style.

You want to put your stamp on it so that our clients can have a unique experience? The whole team awaits you to welcome, develop your skills, and expand your experience in the art of table setting and the world of gastronomy (setup, dressing, service, clearing).

Our suspended garden will give you the impression of working in an oasis, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You will be immersed throughout your journey in a convivial, dynamic, and professional atmosphere.

The internship is available now for a duration of 6 months.

Mission

• Ensure the quality of service to the client, ensure their comfort, and see that the welcome is warm and personalized.
• Promote the different points of sale in the restaurant.
• Actively participate in the service on the different points of sale.
• Ensure the transmission of information to the various services concerned.
• Organize and supervise setup according to activity forecasts and product information.
• Ensure the quality of presentation of sales supports and verify pricing conformity.
• Be responsible for maintaining equipment and furniture in good condition, ensuring the reliability of equipment and following up on technical interventions.
• Ensure consistency of schedules based on hotel activity.
• Control hours worked at different points of sale in the restaurant.
• Verify invoices in accordance with procedures established by the Accor group and establish financial analyses required by the Restaurant Manager.
• Set up allergens in compliance with current legislation.
• Ensure food and beverage costs defined by the hotel and brand.
