Tasks

What tasks would you have?

• You will assist in coordinating our internal talents
• You will assist in searching for new cooperation partners
• In the course of your collaboration, you will learn how to submit inquiries and offers
• You will learn everything about price negotiations and market prices, and will also get your first opportunities to demonstrate your negotiation skills (in consultation) as well as your first price negotiations with providers and service providers (cooperation partners)
• You will learn everything about contract design in this industry and its pitfalls, and will begin to review your first contracts.
• You will support the artist managers with concepts as well as content formats for talents and help to realize them
• You will act as a liaison between the talents and our partners, plan their deployment, and ensure their well-being
• You will identify and acquire potential new cooperation partners and future formats and shows
• In the first year, you will take on a supporting role, and depending on your development, you will be gradually integrated.

Qualifications

What you bring with you:

• At least an internship, working student position, and/or training in influencer marketing, online marketing, e.g., in a digital, social media, or PR agency
• Interest and feel for the latest digital & consumer trends
• Confident use of all common social media networks and online communities
• Ideally, you already have experience in the implementation and/or conception of social media and influencer marketing campaigns
• High creativity and motivation
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
