Tasks

What tasks would you have?

• You assist in the coordination of our internal talents
• You support the search for new cooperation partners
• You learn how to make inquiries and offers in the course of the cooperation
• You learn everything about price negotiations and prices in the market, and you also get your first opportunities to prove your negotiating skills (in consultation) as well as the first in price negotiations with providers and service providers (cooperation partners)
• You learn everything about contract design in this industry and its pitfalls and start to check the first contracts.
• You support the artist managers in concepts as well as content formats for talents and help to realize them
• You act as an interface between the talents and our partners, plan their deployment and ensure their well-being
• You identify and acquire possible new cooperation partners and future formats and broadcasts
• in the first year you will take on a supporting role and, depending on your development, you will be slowly brought in.

Qualification

This is what you bring:

• at least internship, student trainee and/or training in the field of influencer marketing, online marketing, e.g. in a digital, social media or PR agency
• Interest and a feel for the latest digital & consumer trends
• Confident handling of all common social media networks and online communities
• Ideally, experience in the implementation and/or design of social media and influencer marketing campaigns
• High creativity and motivation
• Fluent German and English in spoken and written form
