Responsibilities

What would your responsibilities be?

• You will support with the coordination of our internal talents.
• You will support in the search for new cooperation partners.
• In the course of collaboration, you will learn how to make inquiries and offers.
• You will learn everything about price negotiations and market prices, and you will receive initial opportunities to demonstrate your negotiation skills (in consultation) as well as initial experience in price negotiations with providers and service providers (cooperation partners).
• You will learn everything about contract design in this industry and its pitfalls and begin to review initial contracts.
• You will support the Artist Managers with concepts as well as content formats for talents and help to realize them.
• You will act as an interface between the talents and our partners, plan their assignments, and ensure their well-being.
• You will identify and acquire potential new cooperation partners and future formats and shows.
• In the first year, you will take on a supporting role, and depending on your development, you will be gradually integrated.

Qualifications

What you bring with you:

• Minimum internship, working student position, and/or training in Influencer Marketing, Online Marketing, e.g., in a digital, social media, or PR agency.
• Interest and instinct for the latest digital & consumer trends.
• Confident use of all common social media networks and online communities.
• Ideally, already have experience in the implementation and/or conception of social media and influencer marketing campaigns.
• High creativity and motivation.
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
