Trainee Agile Coach

Aufgaben

Your trainee program will last a maximum of 6 months and is linked to previously agreed development goals. If you reach these goals earlier, you will rise to the role of Junior Agile Coach accordingly. Your focus lies during the program on training activities; prospectively, you can develop your role towards consulting and guidance. In the trainee program, you will learn everything about OKR and Scrum – from open trainings over in-house formats to OKR introductions in companies.

• You will go through a structured trainee program that is linked to clear development goals. As soon as you reach these goals, you will rise to the role of Junior Agile Coach.
• Your focus lies from the beginning on training activities: You convey agile working, Scrum, and the OKR framework – first as co-trainer, later independently.
• You support in open trainings, Inhouse-Formaten, and at OKR-Einführungen in companies.
• You accompany first teams in introducing OKR and agile working methods and learn to moderate workshops securely.
• You work internally on developing existing training, designing new formats with, and preparing workshops within the team.
• You participate in all relevant trainings to build a broad and solid understanding of agility.

Qualifikation

• First theoretical knowledge in agile working methods, Scrum, or OKR.
• You are exceptionally eager to learn and have fun proving yourself.
• You have a self-assured appearance and enjoy speaking and moderating before groups – even large ones.
• You take responsibility gladly and have no hesitation in representing your standpoint.
• You can easily put yourself in others' shoes and understand how they feel.
• You are engaged, excite your customers, and inspire others with your passion.
• You bring a high travel readiness with you.
• A team is more than just a purposeful group to you, and you have fun spending time with your colleagues outside of work. For example, on team events, our Mario Kart battles, or playing with our VR glasses.
