Trainee Labor Lawyer

At Profuturo, we are looking for a Law Trainee who wants to learn, question, propose, and understand how Law is experienced within an organization. More than previous experience, we are looking for someone with a lot of curiosity, initiative, and a desire to find new ways of doing things using Artificial Intelligence and data analysis.

What are we looking for in you?

✔ Students in the last semester of a Law Degree or graduates within a maximum of 1 year.

✔ Interest in developing in Labor Relations and Labor Law.

✔ A lot of curiosity: we want someone who asks, investigates, and questions.

✔ Initiative, analytical ability, and a genuine desire to learn and innovate.

✔ Affinity for technology and for finding new ways of working.

✔ Interest in experimenting and learning with Artificial Intelligence tools.

✔ Enjoyment in analyzing information and developing skills in Excel and Power BI.

What will you do in this role?

◆ Projects for the transformation and evolution of the Labor Relations area, incorporating new ways of doing things with the use of Artificial Intelligence.

◆ You will have exposure to real situations that will allow you to connect what you learned in university with the professional world.

◆ Attention, analysis, and follow-up on labor conflicts and lawsuits.

◆ Prejudicial conciliations.

◆ Labor training and development for organizational leaders.

◆ Information analysis to support decision-making.
