Train Manager

Our client, a prestigious luxury segment reality, is looking for a Train Manager. Responsibilities - At least 10 years of experience in leadership roles in the high-end hospitality sector (e.g. luxury hotels, resorts, luxury cruises, yachts). - Experience in managing complex teams, preferably in itinerant or high-variability operational contexts. - Proven ability to ensure excellent service standards and impeccable customer experience in premium environments. - Previous experience in the luxury railway or cruise industry is desirable. Your Profile - Charismatic leadership and service-oriented. - Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent team management and motivation skills (welcome, food and beverage, housekeeping, etc.). - Problem-solving and operational readiness in dynamic environments with tight deadlines. - Autonomous decision-making and sense of responsibility. - Cultural sensitivity and ability to interact with an international and sophisticated clientele. Languages: - Italian as mother tongue - English fluently required. - Knowledge of a second language is desirable.
