Key responsibilities include: ⭐ Conducting guided game drives and walks in the Greater Kruger area, providing insightful commentary on the local flora and fauna. ⭐ Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the lodge's unique ecosystem and wildlife. ⭐ Providing exceptional customer service to guests, including personalized attention and tailored experiences. ⭐ Collaborating with other guides and lodge staff to ensure seamless operations and high-quality guest experiences. ⭐ Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in guiding and conservation. ⭐ Maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all guests and staff, adhering to the highest standards of safety and risk management.
