Trailer Mechanic

What will you do?
As a Trailer Mechanic, you will ensure that trailers and other rolling stock are always in top condition. You will perform maintenance, repair parts, and resolve breakdowns. You will do this both independently and with colleagues. You will work together with a professional team, in a workshop with a good atmosphere and a pleasant culture.

Your tasks will also include:

• Performing inspections, diagnoses, maintenance, and repairs on trailers and other rolling stock;
• Close collaboration with a hands-on team that values your input;
• Resolving breakdowns in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems;
• Performing welding, brake overhauls, bodywork, and straightening;
• Maintenance of air systems, lighting, superstructure, and MOT (APK) related parts;
• Participating in the breakdown service with attractive compensations.

What do we ask of you?

• Completed EBAT education or comparable technical background;
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems;
• Driver's license B (C and/or E is a plus);
• Accurate, results-oriented, and solution-oriented;
• A good sense of humor, working hard and laughing is part of it.

Do you not have experience as a Trailer Mechanic yet? No problem! We gladly train new colleagues while they work.

What can you expect?

• A top salary between €2,916 and €3,700 gross per month;
• Attractive secondary employment conditions;
• Choice of extra vacation days or ADV (Arbeidsduurverkorting - reduction of working hours) payout;
• High overtime surcharges: 50% on working days and Saturdays until 6:00 PM, 100% on Saturday evenings, Sundays, and public holidays;
