Ad Trafficker
Job description
Jr. Trafficker (Meta Ads) — Remote, CDMX preference
At Fábrica de Leads, we install the complete commercial infrastructure for real estate developments in Mexico. We measure ourselves in units sold and cost per sale, and campaigns are the entry point for this entire system.
We are looking for an operational, disciplined, and technical profile, who has already operated real accounts on Meta Ads and wants to grow towards Head of Performance.
What you will do
- Prepare the technical base for each new client: GoHighLevel sub-account, Business Manager access, payment card, WhatsApp Business API
- Execute the technical onboarding checklist with the client and document it in Asana
- Implement Pixel and Conversion API and validate that the tracking works
- Manage multiple active accounts in a structured manner and report metrics to management
- Set up, optimize, and scale campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads for real estate developments
- Daily review CPL, cost per appointment, and cost per sale, and adjust accordingly
What we are looking for
- 1–2 years operating Meta Ads accounts with a real budget
- Functional knowledge of Google Ads
- Technical mastery: Business Manager, pixel/CAPI, audiences, campaign structure
- Experience with GoHighLevel and linking WhatsApp Business API
- Numerical judgment: you know how to read a report and explain why the cost changed
- Good presentation and client interaction skills
- Highly organized and disciplined profile

- Knowledge of GA4
- Basic English

Your performance will be evaluated by correct technical implementation, tracking stability, checklist compliance, account organization, and constant optimization.
