Traffic Supervisor South

Our client is delivering a large, multi-site infrastructure upgrade and is seeking an experienced Traffic Supervisor to manage traffic operations across several southern project locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of fieldwork, coordination, and problem-solving while ensuring community safety and smooth site access.

You will oversee the implementation of traffic management plans, supervise traffic control teams, and ensure that all activities align with safety, regulatory and project requirements. Working across multiple active sites, you’ll be the key point of contact for traffic-related coordination, site inspections and stakeholder communication.

• Coordinate traffic management across several construction sites
  

• Supervise traffic controllers and subcontractors
  

• Ensure compliance with traffic plans, safety standards and regulations
  

• Conduct routine inspections and identify risks
  

• Work with councils, authorities and internal project teams
  

• Resolve on-site traffic issues quickly and effectively
  

• Maintain accurate documentation and incident logs
  

• Contribute to a strong safety culture
  

Experience in traffic management within construction or infrastructure

TMI accreditation and Traffic Controller certification

Strong knowledge of traffic regulations and Australian Standards

Confident communicator and capable supervisor

Organised, proactive and safety-minded

White Card and valid driver's licence

Willing to travel between southern project sites
