We're looking for reliable Traffic Control Staff for a range of assignments across Christchurch.
If you're safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing traffic and pedestrian movement around worksites
- Setting up and packing down traffic management equipment
- Following traffic management plans and site instructions
- Communicating clearly with site teams and the public
- Maintaining a safe work environment
- Previous traffic control experience is an advantage
- Current TC, TMO, STMS or other NZTA/NZTTM traffic management qualifications would be an advantage
- Class 2 driver's licence would be an advantage
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Good communication skills
- Steel cap boots and high-visibility clothing required
- Own transport is desirable
- Must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand
- Casual and ongoing assignments
- Competitive pay rates dependent on experience and qualifications
- Day and night shifts may be available
- Supportive team environment
