We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the team as our Trading 2IC! As the Trading 2IC, you will assist the Trading Manager with everything Shopfloor related, including The Entertainment and Technology departments and the Price Integrity function. You will demonstrate great leadership of the teams in these areas. Your role will also encourage you to actively promote and support the growth of your team members. Key responsibilities: • Assist the Trading Manager with all Shopfloor related activities, including The Entertainment and Technology departments and the Price Integrity function. • Demonstrate great leadership of the teams in these areas. • Actively promote and support the growth of your team members. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues at all levels within the business. • Provide guidance and support to team members as required. • Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures. • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve common goals. • Maintain accurate records and reports as required. • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Trading Manager.
