Trading 2IC - The Warehouse, Nelson

Job Description Te kaupapa o te tūranga - The purpose of the role. As the Trading 2IC, you will assist the Trading Manager with everything Shop floor related. Your role will also encourage you to actively promote a safe environment, and ensure all legal trading requirements are met. You will ensure planograms are maintained and promotions are set up correctly. If your store contains an online fulfillment function, you will also ensure online orders are efficiently picked from the shelves and packed for delivery. This includes ensuring that all products are accurately scanned and recorded in our inventory management system. Your role will also involve working closely with the Trading Manager to develop and implement effective trading strategies, and providing support to the store team as needed. You will be required to maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales data, and other relevant information.
