Trades Assistant - Large Construction Project
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Trades Assistant to join our team on a major construction project. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to maintaining high safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Trades Assistant to join our team on a major construction project. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to maintaining high safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support trades personnel across a range of onsite tasks
- Assist with general labouring, equipment handling, and site preparation
- Operate elevated work platforms and scissor lifts as required
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area
- Follow all site safety protocols and instructions from supervisors
- White Card (Construction Induction Card)
- Working at Heights ticket
- EWP (Elevated Work Platform) ticket
- Scissor Lift ticket
- A strong level of physical fitness and the ability to complete all required tasks
- The ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- A positive attitude, good work ethic, and willingness to work as part of a team
