Job Description The Trade Support Team (Operations) supports the planning and execution of in-store trade experiences across The Warehouse and Warehouse Stationery stores. This role ensures promotional, seasonal, and event-based activity is delivered on time, on brand, and to a high standard, enhancing customer engagement and driving sales. Quick snapshot of the role: Trade execution support – Assist in delivering national promotional, seasonal, and campaign events in-store. Prepare execution plans for trade activities, ensuring all necessary resources are allocated and timelines are met. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination. Monitor and report on trade activity performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners to drive business growth and improve customer experience. Provide support to the Trade Support Team (Operations) Manager in managing the team's workload, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely completion of projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
