Trade Sales Consultant - Interiors & Design

I'm looking for a confident and customer-focused Trade Sales Consultant to join a well established interiors business in Wellington. If you've got an eye for design, love building relationships, and enjoy helping clients bring their projects to life, this role will tick a lot of boxes! You'll be working closely with trade clients, think electricians, designers, and property developers, providing advice, quotes, and tailored lighting solutions that combine both style and function.

What you'll be doing:
Build and maintain strong relationships with trade clients
Advise on lighting and design solutions for both retail and trade projects
Manage your client base and sales pipeline with care and consistency
Support project work with your technical knowledge (CAD/Dialux a bonus)
Be part of a supportive, design loving team that values collaboration and creativity

What you'll bring:
Experience in trade or B2B sales (lighting, interiors, or similar)
A confident, proactive, and relationship driven approach
Strong communication and organisation skills
Bilingual in Mandarin is a bonus
A genuine passion for interiors, design, and creating great client experiences
