Responsibilities of Trade Operations Engineer

• Monitor live trading systems and manage real-time risk controls across global markets.
• Perform time-sensitive triage and incident resolution with high accuracy and minimal error tolerance.
• Contribute to software deployments, configuration management, and small-scale code updates.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system reliability and operational workflows.
• Work within a complex environment of interdependent processes and distributed systems.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance trading infrastructure.

Requirements of Trade Operations Engineer

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong interest in finance and trading with prior industry experience.
• Strong proficiency in C++ or Python.
• Experience with Linux systems and software debugging.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic team setting.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to support trading operations.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
