About the Job

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist to work on a 9-month contract, focusing on planning, execution, and monitoring of strategies that drive sell-out of product categories under their responsibility. This position requires strong analytical skills, communication ability, organization, and integration with multiple internal areas.

The selected professional will play a key role in aligning sales, marketing, and product management teams, ensuring that planned actions are connected to commercial objectives and contribute to sustainable growth of channels.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan sell-out by product category, defining necessary actions to achieve goals, including sales campaigns, incentive programs, media plans, activations, and other strategic initiatives.
• Conduct inventory analyses of channels, in partnership with the commercial area, ensuring balance between stock and execution of sell-out actions.
• Manage channel budgets under their responsibility, monitoring investments, expenses, and performance of actions.
• Daily follow-up on sell-out performance, identifying opportunities for growth, attention points, and proposing necessary adjustments.
• Act as an interface between internal areas, such as Commercial, Marketing, and Products, ensuring strategic alignment and fluid execution of plans.
• Organize events, training, and capacity-building initiatives, ensuring that internal teams and partners are updated on portfolio, strategies, and launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Administration or related fields.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Availability for occasional travel.
• Solid previous experience in Trade Marketing.
• Excellent communication, collaborative profile, and ease of working in multidisciplinary teams.
