Trade Marketing Specialist

Position Summary We are looking for an experienced Trade Marketing Specialist with a strong retail background to support the execution of retail marketing initiatives across key accounts. This role will be responsible for ensuring excellent retail visibility, coordinating training programs, developing marketing materials, and managing vendor payments. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with retail channels, understands in-store execution, and is comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing trade marketing strategies to drive sales growth and brand awareness across key accounts; • Collaborating with the Sales team to identify opportunities for joint business planning and account development; • Coordinating training programs for retailers and vendors to ensure effective in-store execution of marketing initiatives; • Managing vendor payments and ensuring timely and accurate payment processing; • Developing and maintaining relationships with key retail partners to drive long-term growth and loyalty. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the retail landscape, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
