Trade Finance Manager

Responsible for the completion of initial definition of the project, including initial definition of project including defining scope, expected timelines, business case, budget construction, submission, approval, and identification of project sponsor. Work with PMO to ensure appropriate Program Management and Project & Change Management Frameworks are integrated into the project planning. Complete full analysis of the project to ensure that all governance framework is embedded within the project. Ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the project's objectives, scope, timelines, budget, and resource allocation. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact the project's success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and any changes or deviations from the original plan. Ensure that all project deliverables are completed in accordance with the agreed-upon scope, timeline, and budget. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the project's financial performance, including budget variance analysis and forecasting. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Provide guidance and support to team members on project management best practices and tools. Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with organizational policies and procedures. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the project's stakeholder needs and expectations. Identify and prioritize stakeholder engagement opportunities to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive stakeholder management plan. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and any changes or deviations from the original plan.
