Trade Complieance Supervisor

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Trade Compliance Supervisor to join our team in Tijuana, Mexico. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our organization's compliance with international trade regulations and managing our commercial compliance processes.

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the commercial compliance team.
• Develop and apply commercial compliance policies and procedures.
• Supervise and analyze international trade regulations to ensure organizational compliance.
• Conduct internal audits and risk evaluations related to commercial compliance.
• Collaborate with interfunctional teams to resolve compliance issues and mitigate risks.
• Provide guidance and training to personnel on commercial compliance matters.
• Mange the preparation and presentation of import and export documentation.
• Serve as a liaison with customs authorities and other regulatory bodies as needed.
• Ensure precise classification of goods and determination of duties and taxes.
• Maintain awareness of changes in trade laws and regulations, particularly those related to USMCA.
