Trade Assistants & Process Workers
Steel Fabrication & Industrial Environments | Multiple Locations
We are seeking reliable, mechanically minded Trade Assistants and Process Workers to join a range of ongoing and project-based roles across Rockingham, Bibra Lake and surrounding areas.
These opportunities suit hands-on workers who enjoy physical work and are interested in developing skills and progressing into technician or trade-based roles within industrial and steel fabrication environments.
The roles offer genuine variety, with no two shifts the same, and involve working in structured, workshop-based settings alongside experienced tradespeople and technicians. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to industrial equipment and machinery while building practical mechanical knowledge on the job, including experience with pumps, valves and rotating equipment.

Duties will vary depending on site and assignment and may include:
- Assisting trades and workshop teams
- General labouring and process work
- Mechanical support, handling and preservation of parts and equipment
- Workshop-based tasks, inspections and basic maintenance activities
- Working with industrial components such as pumps, valves, bearings and rotating equipment
- Packaging, storage and preparation of equipment and materials
- Maintaining a safe, clean work environment at all times
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
- Australian/NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident with full working rights
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
- Physically fit and capable of manual, physically demanding work
- Mechanically minded with a strong willingness to learn
- High Risk Work Licence (LF, DG or WP)
- Construction White Card (OHS)
